Who am I? A dieter just like you!

In the 'Before' picture, I weighed 250 lbs! The 'After' photo is me now, at about 175 lbs. With hard work, knowledge, and determination, I have been able to lose weight and keep it off. You can too! Just remember; struggling with weight loss is not a personality flaw!

I am also a physician who has helped many people lose weight through my medical weight loss clinic, Physician's Plan.
